I'm not a consultant who studied policing from a classroom. I'm a practitioner who lived it for over 25 years—from patrol officer to Deputy Chief of the Tampa Police Department.
I started my career in uniform on the streets of Tampa and worked my way through every rank—from patrol to investigations, tactical operations to command staff. I didn't just observe law enforcement. I lived it.
As Major and Deputy Chief (2023-2025), I led Tampa's public safety transformation through data-driven deployment, authentic community partnership, and unwavering officer support.
Tampa's Results (2022-2025): Under my leadership, we strengthened our deterrence strategies, community co-design initiatives, and comprehensive officer wellness programs that produced measurable improvements in public safety and community trust.
I understand officer struggles because I've worn the badge for over two decades. I understand community concerns because I've listened, not just talked. I focus on what works in real departments facing real challenges—not what sounds good in theory.
Most importantly: I don't disappear after delivering a report. I provide implementation workbooks, training materials, and ongoing partnership until you see measurable results—just like we achieved in Tampa.
